My wife and I moved from out of state and signed a contract with another agent assuming they would be useful in finding our first home.  After a month of lack luster service, we decided to find another agent. With a little research, we came across an agent that had sold a ton of homes the previous year in the area we liked.  That agent was Jessica Pooley and we could not have picked a better agent.  Jessica stands out in many areas as an agent and has impressed my wife and I throughout our home buying experience.  We looked at quite a few houses and we came across some less than stellar examples.  Jessica was always forthright with her opinion of the properties and never tried to sell us a money pit.  I appreciated her honesty and it showed that she cared that we found the right home.  The market was pretty hot while we were looking and we lost out of a few offers for homes we really liked.  Jessica would continue to offer us assurance when we were feeling really deflated with the process and would say “everything happens for a reason”.  At first, I didn’t believe her but then we found our dream house and Jessica locked it down for us.  I gladly at a little humble pie and Jessica went on to negotiate a great deal for us.  I could not ask for anything more from a real estate agent and I would highly recommend Jessica Pooley to anyone in the market.  I don’t plan on moving anytime soon but when the time comes, I will be calling Jessica.
