Tracie was very quick to respond to emails...even at 9pm we was emailing back and forth. She was on vacation for my closing (scheduled in advance to my closomg), made sure to fill in another real estate worker in her firm to meet with us the night before for our last walk through and to be there at signing. Even though Tracie was on vacation she STILL emailed with me!
