Jessica Pooley

Jessica is a lifelong Midcoast Maine resident and the owner of both The Pooley Realty Group and PRG Realty, serving buyers and sellers with trusted local expertise and a strong commitment to community.

She attended Waldoboro area schools, just like her three children, before earning her undergraduate degree at the University of Maine at Augusta and a master’s degree in Leadership and Organizational Studies at the University of Southern Maine.

Jessica spent ten years in the healthcare industry, where she developed her leadership, organization, and people skills — all of which naturally led her to a career in real estate. She began by working on multi-family and commercial real estate transactions, which gave her a strong foundation in the local market. Building on that experience, she launched her own residential real estate business and now helps clients buy and sell both residential and commercial properties throughout the Midcoast region as owner of The Pooley Realty Group and PRG Realty.

Jessica is dedicated to giving back to the community that helped her grow her business. She developed two 501c3 nonprofits: one providing support, education, and training for leaders of resident-owned manufactured home communities in Maine, and another that serves youth and performing musicians statewide. This commitment to service is the cornerstone of The Pooley Realty Group and PRG Realty’s mission.
