Demetris was born and raised in Florida and brings a strong sense of dedication, discipline, and community to his work in real estate. He attended Thomas College in Waterville, Maine, where he earned dual bachelor’s degrees in Criminal Justice and Business Administration—an academic foundation that supports both his analytical skills and client-focused approach.

Coming from a family with a background in real estate, Demetris developed an early passion for the industry and a deep appreciation for helping people find the right place to call home. Before pursuing his career in real estate, he was on the path to becoming a professional basketball player, an experience that shaped his work ethic, resilience, and commitment to excellence.

Outside of real estate, Demetris enjoys staying active by playing basketball and spending time outdoors, embracing nature whenever he can. His energy, drive, and genuine enthusiasm for helping others make him a trusted partner for clients at every stage of their real estate journey.
